I leave my video I’ve been trained Muay Thai since last November. 🇹🇭🥊💥💥
Seven full months have passed, I feel like it’s a kind of challenging process to the next level of my work and life.
I’ve dedicated myself to Arabic dance more than 15 years and I’ve had really great and various training from the basic and fundamental with well trained teachers and trainers, also I’ve had amazing opportunities to work in many countries. All of these experiences are so much precious and every single moment is so special and built my character. I’m so blessed. However I need another step into a new world to look for more action and go further to my dance. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
First of all, Thailand is one of my favorite countries. I’ve been there twice and I’d love to go there again. Before meeting Muay Thai, I did kickboxing for 6 months as just fitness. But I was like it’s not my style… One day, my friend who has an experience of some martial arts asked me, “Why don’t you do Muay Thai? You’ll like it. It’s more your style!” and I started to search about this. Thank you so much my friend, you’re so right! Some pelvic movements are pretty similar to Arabic dance technique (Even if so, I can’t do Muay Thai’s movements easily though). Wai Kru in Muay Thai sounds like Egyptian Saidi, they have more I can say, the cultural too. So it’s more natural to start Muay Thai for me.
And now, I’m so happy to meet Saenchai Muay Thai Gym in Tokyo, Japan. The training isn’t easy for me and sometimes so hard and painful, but I always enjoy. I’m so thankful to the owner @saenchai_thongkraisaen and the coach, they’re literally amazing. I want to gain appropriate technique first, and then I want to try doing more fun. There’re so many things to learn! Because I’m a professional dancer and I’ve trained so hard so far, I can’t pass over the fundamentals and the clear technique and the beautiful form. (It’s kinda burdensome! 🤪)
I’m reminded of my dance training days with strict professors at the same time, it’s kind of good things to push my enthusiasm for dance…🤫❤️🔥
I want to keep doing this as long as possible. Please watch and see my Muay Thai journey🤞🏻
